Shipping Policy

At notsaharsh.com, we’re a small creator-led brand and every merch drop is created, packed, and shipped with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • During high-demand periods, limited drops, or special launches, processing time may extend to up to 15 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another with tracking info when it ships.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic shipping (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or special regions: May take longer depending on courier availability

  • We currently do not offer international shipping, but are working on making this available soon.


Please Note:

  • As a creator-run brand, our merch is made in limited quantities, so delays may occur due to demand or production timelines.

  • We’re grateful for your patience and support — every order directly supports our journey.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping details entered during checkout.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received one within 15 days of ordering, please email us at saharsh.bookings@gmail.com with your order ID.


Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection:

  • We will reach out via email

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) must be covered by the customer
